Deep Tissue Massage Questions
It should feel firm, not painful. Some tender spots are normal, but your therapist works with you and adjusts the pressure whenever you ask.
Choose deep tissue for stubborn knots, tightness and a firmer touch. Choose Swedish massage if you mainly want to relax with lighter, flowing strokes. Not sure? Book deep tissue and tell your therapist on the day.
60 minutes is £75 and 90 minutes is £100. A couples deep tissue massage is £150 for 60 minutes or £200 for 90 minutes.
